1. The first rail-side yard, with an elevated track, is designed to unload 5 (five) wagons of various bulk cargoes by opening both unloading hatches.
2. The second rail-side yard is intended for unloading and loading 5 (five) wagons of various dry cargoes using a forklift or other mechanized means.
3. The third rail-side yard, with an elevated platform-ramp, is designed for unloading and loading 2 (two) closed wagons using a truck.
4. If necessary, simultaneous unloading and loading operations for 15 (fifteen) wagons using a forklift or other mechanized means can take place in the first, second, and third rail-side yards.
5. LLC “RM-Company” permanently has a three-cubic-meter loader in the dead-end siding to load bulk cargoes into trucks.
6. LLC “RM-Company” allows for the unloading of open containers from the wagon without removing the containers.
